ELIGIBLE FOR PARTIAL OR FULL REFUND  UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: 

TUITION: Cancellation of participation in IPSA Training and all requests for partial or full tuition refund must be submitted to IPSA Training Committee AND the Senior Trainer for the class AT LEAST 30 days prior to the start of the class. INTENSIVE THERAPY: Cancellation of participation in an IPSA Intensive Therapy program and all request for partial or refund must be submitted to the Referrals Coordinator  AT LEAST two weeks prior to the start of the Intensive to be eligible for full or partial refund.
